A New Chapter at SOLitude

SOLitude Lake Management began as a thoughtful and motivated one-man team. Today, our team of nearly 400 professionals serves clients in 36 states. Over the course of several decades, SOLitude has played an imperative role in shaping the freshwater management industry into what we know today. Our dedication to prioritizing sustainable solutions and innovative technologies has impacted lake and pond management experts across the country. We proudly look back on our progress, but also look forward to the opportunities ahead.

We are excited to share with you the next chapter in our story. It is our pleasure to announce that Mychal Manolatos has been named the new leader of SOLitude Lake Management and is positioned to guide our continued growth and success across the United States. Mychal joined SOLitude in 2016 and has more than 15 years of experience leading various teams and businesses across multiple industries. He has a particular expertise and passion for driving an unmatched client experience, colleague development and strategic growth.

We are equally delighted to announce that Marc Bellaud will be focused on advancing SOLitude’s momentum as an industry leader through the new role of Director of Technical Services. An industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience, Marc upholds SOLitude’s commitment to continuous education, teamwork, a superior customer experience and premium service offerings and technologies. Throughout his career, Marc has been actively involved in advancing the science of aquatics as a good steward and widely-respected thought leader.

These changes align with SOLitude’s continued mission to make water a more healthy and beautiful part of our world. Kevin Tucker, SOLitude’s Founder and former CEO, established the company’s strong foundation and shaped it for success as an industry leader.

“I am extremely excited about the opportunity to lead such an influential business and build upon our strong foundation,” Manolatos said. “For me, it’s the spirit, passion and perseverance of our colleagues that fuels my excitement towards the pursuit of excellence.”
