Arborjet Expands Furthering the Company’s Position within the Marketplace

Building on the continued success of the company, Arborjet & Ecologel., industry leaders in plant health continue to enhance their position in the marketplace with the recent expansion of their marketing division, and customer service operations.

Kristin Nikodemski – Marketing Manager

After playing a vital role in many marketing initiatives at the company, Kristin Nikodemski has been promoted to Marketing Manager. She joined Arborjet in 2014 as a Product Marketing Manager, bringing with her four years of green industry brand support and development. Kristin will oversee and manage all messaging, branding, advertising, strategy, and development of new and existing products while continuing to support the needs of the national sales team. In addition, she manages Arborjet’s horticulture website TheDirtOnDirt.com. Kristin is a graduate of Salve Regina University. 

 

Cara Markiewicz - Sr. Marketing and Design SpecialistCara Markiewicz - Sr. Marketing and Design Specialist

Cara Markiewicz – Sr. Marketing and Design Specialist

Cara Markiewicz joined Arborjet’s marketing team in June as Senior Digital Marketing and Design Specialist. With five years of experience in e-commerce, Cara has extensive design, analytical, and digital marketing experience. Her responsibilities include developing targeted email campaigns, optimizing website content, and supporting lead generation. Cara is a graduate of Salem State University with a major in Graphic Design.        

 

Allison Keir – Media Specialist

Allison Keir started at Arborjet in the fall of 2018, and fills the crucial role of Media Marketing Specialist, managing all online social media channels for both Arborjet and The Dirt on Dirt. With a strong background in film, Allison also handles all video production for the marketing and research department. Allison is a graduate of the University of California San Diego, and holds a Masters Degree from Boston University. 

 

Zac Purinton – Customer Success Manager

With increased demand, Arborjet continues to expand its customer service department and has created a new role at the company – Customer Success Manager, filled by Zac Purinton, formerly Inside Sales and Technical Support Representative. Zac started at the company in 2016.  As Customer Success Manager, he will now take on the charge of all customer interaction. His responsibilities include managing and fielding customer technical product questions and AP/AR procedures. Zac will assist in marketing, trade show management, and sales to support all national technical team members. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Plant, Soil, and Insect Sciences from UMass Amherst.

 

Jay Sigman will now fill the role of Technical Support and Inside sales. He will be assisting with technical calls, equipment repair and Arborjet’s Winter Webinar series to educate the industry on Arborjet’s products and processes. Jay is a Massachusetts and ISA certified arborist, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Forestry and Arboriculture from UMASS Amherst, and an Associates in Horticulture Degree from North Shore Community College. 

 

Rounding out the team, is Janice Robichaud who will handle trade show coordination, including sponsorships, order entry and processing, customer service, print advertisements, and overall marketing support. Janice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, with a concentration in marketing from Salem State University. She has marketing and business development experience across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing in the fields of electronics and environmental science.
