Assistant Superintendent Scholarship presented by VGM Club (Sept 21)
September 21, 2015 – OTF, in partnership with VGM Club and VGM’s John Deere partners (Reynolds Turf & Tractor, Shearer Equipment and JW Turf) will be offering five scholarships for assistant superintendents to attend the 2015 OTF Conference & Show and OSU Green Industry Short Course this December!
Each winner will receive:
Full conference registration for Tuesday, December 8th thru Thursday, December 10th
Hotel room for Tuesday and Wednesday nights
$50 gift card to Hyde Park restaurant
Head superintendents, general managers and owners are encouraged to nominate an assistant with the following criteria in mind:
Candidate must have outstanding character, integrity and leadership
Employed at current golf course for at least one full year/season
Dedication to advancing their career as a golf course superintendent
Nominations are due by Monday Oct 12th.
