Billy Casper Golf Names Scott Justman Western Region Director of Operations

– Billy Casper Golf (BCG) – owner-operator of more than 150 golf courses, country clubs and resorts across America – has named Scott Justman Western Region Director of Operations.

Overseeing BCG properties in Arizona, California, Hawaii and Washington, Justman is based in Denver. He is responsible for business planning, budgeting, team leadership and training, revenue and expense management, and client relations. Justman will liaise with regional operations, marketing, sales and agronomy teams, as well as BCG headquarters, to drive even greater profitability and expand the company’s western presence.

Previously part of the senior leadership team at National Golf Management, Justman’s wealth of golf knowledge and experience will contribute to BCG expertly showcasing each touch point along golfers’, members’ and guests’ journeys at courses and clubs. He also managed several course and clubhouse renovations, and secured major tournaments, including the 2008 and 2014 PGA Professional National Championship. A PGA of America member, Justman was Head Golf Professional at The Landings Golf Course at Reynolds Plantation in Greensboro, GA.

“Creating a winning team culture that delivers superior golf and social experiences, as well as favorable economic returns, is what Billy Casper Golf is known for,” says Justman. “I’m eager to bring new ideas and elevate operations to even greater heights.”

“The western region will continue to thrive under Scott’s leadership,” says Bill Rehanek, Senior Vice President of Operations of BCG. “His deep understanding of industry trends and ability to build and coach talented teams are critical to sustained success.”
