DLF Welcomes Matt Fanta as Executive Vice President for North America

DLF is pleased to announce that Matt Fanta will be joining DLF as executive vice president for North America, effective Oct. 21, 2025.

Matt brings a wealth of experience from the agricultural industry, with an impressive track record across the seed and nutrition sectors. Most recently, he served as president of Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, where he led the full value chain with full P&L responsibility. Prior to that, he spent twenty years with Land O’Lakes, holding senior leadership roles including VP for feed marketing, VP for Asia/Pacific, and president of Forage Genetics International.

“Matt brings the right mix of strategic leadership, people focus, industry experience and deep understanding of the North American market. I’m confident he will be a strong asset to both the North American team and to DLF globally,” said Søren Halbye, DLF Group CEO.
