Anthracnose leaves turf looking unappealing, making it a daunting pathogen to control on greens. BioSafe Systems recommends a tank mix application of ZeroTol 2.0 and OxiPhos to knockdown problematic anthracnose spores. ZeroTol 2.0 is a contact bactericide/fungicide labeled for many turf pathogens, including anthracnose, and OxiPhos is a compatible systemic bactericide/fungicide. When used together they provide complete control of anthracnose. Applying ZeroTol 2.0 and OxiPhos on greens will decrease disease pressure and increase the health of the turf.
“In the cool seasons, anthracnose can really wreak havoc on greens. Providing superintendents and groundskeepers with a solution to anthracnose puts their minds at ease. Tank mixing ZeroTol 2.0 and OxiPhos is the answer many have been looking for,” says Jeff Rich, a T&O Technical Representative for BioSafe Systems.
