FMC “Give Back to Local Chapters” Program Donates $26,000

The FMC “Give Back to Local GCSAA Chapters” in-season program kicked off 2022 in a generous way. FMC gave back over $26,000 directly to 49 participating local Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) chapters as part of its commitment to the golf industry. Since the program’s inception, FMC has donated over $106,000 directly back to local GCSAA chapters to invest in their chapters for use in education, programming efforts, research advancement, and other ways to support the growth of each respective chapter.

This year’s rewards check recipients represent GCSAA chapters from all across the nation. They were winners in FMC’s booth contest at the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show in San Diego in February, which featured a golf simulator that had a special tie-in to the launch of Serata™, a new fungicide specially formulated to combat Pythium diseases.

Mike Sisti, North American Marketing Manager

“The interest in our Give Back program has been growing steadily as more GCSAA chapters have realized the benefits,” stated Mike Sisti, North American Marketing Manager for FMC Professional Solutions. “Chapters have been able to repurpose Give Back rewards checks to support their own efforts in areas such as turf research and student scholarship programs.”

Evan Parenti, Golf & Lawn Market Manager

According to Evan Parenti, Golf & Lawn Market Manager, “Between now and August 31, 2022, purchases of Fame® SC, Rayora®, Kalida™, and Serata™ fungicides will generate additional rewards before year-end for GCSAA local chapters.
