Naples Lakes Country Club recently earned high accolades with its Number 6 ranking of the top golf courses in Florida. The rating was announced by Golf Advisor in its Golfers Choice -– Best of Florida courses. The annual list names Florida’s top 40 golf courses. This is a jump of 5 places since 2018 when the course was rated #11 in Florida.
The yearly Golf Advisor state best-of lists are determined by analyzing the ratings and reviews submitted by members of the review committee throughout the year. During 2019, 655 Florida golf courses were reviewed with comments from over 31,500 players. Although Naples Lakes is a private community, the golf course offers seasonal public access, making it eligible for the competition. The internet-based Golf Advisor offers course reviews and ratings across the U.S. and internationally, helping golfers read about courses that have been reviewed by golfers for golfers.
Having celebrated its 20th anniversary of continued growth in 2018, Naples Lakes is Collier county’s only Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. The $3.2 million “wall-to-wall” renovation in 2017 not only added to the home values, but also enhanced the golfing lifestyle for the community’s very active residents. It was the last course renovation reviewed by Arnold Palmer before his passing.

Located at 4784 Naples Lakes Blvd., Naples Lakes Country Club (NaplesLakesFL.com) is a private 490-acre gated golf course and country club community where membership is included with every residence. Naples Lakes contains more than 200 acres of lakes and protected nature preserves and has been designated as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, one of only 114 in Florida. Naples Lakes was also selected as the Best County Club in Collier County by Naples Daily News in the publication’s Best of Naples 2019 in its annual Readers’ Choice Awards competition.
Other resort-style amenities include Junior Olympic size swimming pool, five Har-Tru tennis courts, chipping and putting green, aqua range, golf pro shop, locker rooms and saunas, plus a full calendar of social activities and classes with professionally-managed tennis and fitness programs.
