The cast aluminum base, rated at 40,000 PSI tensil strength, provides excellent support even in demanding applications while reducing overall weight significantly. These reels are exceptional in industrial and truck mount applications. Standard options include a heavy duty lock pin to prevent despooling when reel is not in use and adjustable drag screw to prevent backlash when operating.
