Birchmeier was established in 1876 in Kunten Switzerland. They produced the first mist blower in 1949 and sold their first motorized unit in 1929. In 1997 Birchmeier moved the company from Kunten to Stetten Switzerland where it remains today. Birchmeier has been producing quality spraying equipment for over 125 years and today is still improving with industry changing innovations in new spraying technology.
Birchmeier has produced the world’s first rechargeable backpack with electronic pressure control. Birchmeier is now producing the new RPD backpack with the pump handle and pump in one unit.

The Birchmeier Redline units have been and will continue to be the go to backpack sprayer for professional users. The REC-15 is a new electronically controlled backpack sprayer that allows the user to pre-set the units pressure anywhere between 7 and 87 psi. It has an easily accessible battery that disconnects from the sprayer and gives you 8 to 9 hours of spraying time at 27 psi, with a recharge of 1 hour.

The Granomax 5 is Birchmeier’s hand held gravity fed granular spreader. The Granomax allows distribution of rock salt, sand, fertilizer granules, or any material up to 4 mm’s in diameter. The Granomax is ideal for small and medium areas, is easy to use and provides better accuracy than any other method available.

The Vario gun, one of the more popular accessories provides the applicator with the ability to alternate spray patterns from a 6 foot fan to a 25 foot pin stream just by the squeezing the trigger.
