Jacobsen continues expansion of sales and support teams

In its ongoing efforts to build and develop relationships with dealers and customers, Jacobsen, a Textron (NYSE: TXT) Company, continues to expand its sales and support teams.
Doug Foucheaux recently started as Director of Sales, responsible for leading Jacobsen’s sales efforts in the Western U.S. and Canada. Doug comes to Jacobsen from the Rain Bird Corporation, were he served as Senior Regional Manager.

Lee Frie joined Jacobsen as Territory Sales Manager, responsible for supporting dealers and customers in the Northwest U.S. and Canada. Lee also comes to Jacobsen from the Rain Bird Corporation, were he spent five years in district and regional sales manager positions.
Kyle Mirk was recently hired as Territory Sales Representative for the Western Michigan territory. Kyle comes to Jacobsen from CDW where he served as Sales Account Manager.

“We continue to hire key sales positions that are helping us continue the positive momentum Jacobsen has created in the marketplace,” said Ric Stone, VP of Sales for Jacobsen. “As a result, we’re touching and delighting more customers every day.”

Jacobsen also added key positions to its Customer Care team.

Andrew Echenique was recently hired as Product Support Manager, serving customers and dealers in South Florida, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Prior to Jacobsen, Andrew was a Customer Support Specialist at Jacobsen dealer Golf Ventures. He also served as a mechanic for Fiddlesticks Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida.

Dean Morison has joined Jacobsen as Product Support Manager in Quebec, Canada. Dean, who is bilingual in French and English, worked for nine years as lead technician at Canadian Jacobsen dealer OJ Compagnie. He then spent two years as Assistant Superintendent and Mechanic at Valleyfield Golf Course in Valleyfield, Quebec.

Also accepting a new support position is Gary Kuhl, who will serve as a Product Support Manager for the Upper Midwest U.S. and Canada. Gary has been with Jacobsen for 25 years in numerous roles including Engineering Test Technician, Technical Sales Training Manager, Mobile Marketing Representative and Product Support Technician.

“As we bring more and more new customers on board, we want to ensure they get world-class support,” said Tony Brown, VP of Customer Care at Jacobsen. “All three of our new product support managers know our products, our dealers, and our customers very well.”
