Lastec Debuts New Look and Announces Dealer Awards at GIS 2019

Visitors to Lastec’s booth at the 2019 Golf Industry Show (GIS) were presented with a new logo, updated model numbers, and new equipment colors that unify the 25+ year old company’s industry leading turf equipment with a consistent appearance and refreshed brand. In addition, Lastec welcomed dealers from around the world and recognized Reynolds Farm Equipment and Finch Services Inc. as the company’s top performing distributors of the year.

Lastec U.S. Sales Director, Ryan Cheek, said, “Lastec is dedicated to providing customers with high-quality turf equipment and exceptional service. GIS gave us an opportunity to showcase both by introducing our newly branded XR700 articulating mower and recognizing Reynolds Farm Equipment and Finch Services as Lastec top performing distributors.”

For distributor awards, Lastec’s Dealer of the Year was awarded to Reynolds Farm Equipment, the Midwest-based farm, residential, landscape, and golf equipment dealer with 7 locations serving Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. The Sales Representative of the Year was awarded to Rich Coleman, Sales Representative from Reynolds Golf & Turf.

Lastec’s Outstanding Dealer Achievement Award was given to Finch Services Inc., the East Coast based agriculture and golf equipment distributor. The Outstanding Sales Representative Award was given to Phil Page, Northern New Jersey Sales Representative of Finch Services Inc.

According to GIS, the trade show held in San Diego, CA attracts the most key decision-makers from every aspect of the golf course and facility management industry. “With hundreds of exhibitors spanning thousands of square feet of exhibit space, the GIS trade show gives superintendents, owners, technicians, and other golf facility professionals the opportunity to network and discuss the latest products and services in turf and facility care.”
