October 30, 2015 – Aquatrols has announced that Matthew Foster will be joining its management team as Chief Operating Officer.
Foster brings with him 20 years of product management, sales and marketing experience in the agricultural and turf industries. He most recently served as global director of new business development for FMC Corporation’s Ag Solutions business, establishing a global business model for new segments at FMC, including micronutrients, bio-solutions and seed treatments.
Foster expressed excitement about his new role with Aquatrols, citing the company’s durable past as well as its bright future.
“Aquatrols has an outstanding reputation in the industry and many exciting growth opportunities in new markets and technologies,” he said. “Water is already constrained in many areas around the world. Growers need help to maximize their use of this scarce resource and Aquatrols has demonstrated a commitment to providing them with reliable solutions. I am looking forward to working with the Aquatrols team to take our business to the next level and expand the use of our technologies around the globe,” said Foster.
Aquatrols Chief Executive Officer Tracy Jarman added, “Our business has expanded in recent years beyond the turfgrass and horticultural industries to include agriculture and seed enhancement as significant components. We have identified the need for additional management experience in our organization and we are thrilled to have Matt join our team. His broad experience base in the agriculture and turf industries will help us continue our growth and diversification.”
