Now Shipping to Canada: Spray Caddie™ Golf Cup Cover

Are you tired of stuffing a rag in the cup every time you spray greens? If you’re a Canadian golf course superintendent, assistant, or spray tech, we have good news for you. Spray Caddie Golf Cup Cover, an easy-to-use golf course maintenance tool that keeps hands and the cup clean during spray apps, is now patent-pending in Canada and available for sale through the SprayCaddie.com website to Canadian golf courses.

Developed by a long-time assistant golf course superintendent  in Washington State, Spray Caddie Golf Cup Cover launched last December for sale to golf courses in the United States.

“I use Spray Caddie every time I spray greens on my golf course, and it makes the process so much easier. I don’t spray without it. We’ve had so many Canadian golf course superintendents reach out to us that we knew there was a demand for Spray Caddie north of the border,” said Rob Roberts, developer of Spray Caddie Golf Cup Cover.

Benefits of Spray Caddie:

  • Covers the cup during spray apps to keep chemicals out of the hole
  • Touch-free mechanism stops chemicals from transferring onto hands, spray rig or other surfaces
  • Saves your back! Magnetic wand attaches to the cup cover eliminating the need to repeatedly bend down to place or retrieve it.
  • Works for individual golf greens and multi-hole practice facilities
  • Conveniently attaches to the spray rig for ease of use
  • Made of recycled plastic
  • Made in USA

How It Works

Spray Caddie Golf Cup Cover is a flat, round cover that, when placed over the golf hole, shields the inside of the cup from liquid overspray. Metal tabs on the cup cover attract a magnetic wand (sold as part of the Spray Caddie Starter Kit and Super Kit) that allows for no-touch deployment and retrieval of the cup cover. As there is no need to actually touch the cup cover, hands or gloves stay dry so there’s no transfer of chemicals to gloves, hands, spray rig steering wheels, or cell phones used to remotely turn irrigation systems off and on. Spray Caddie Golf Cup Cover is made of recycled plastic and is manufactured in the United States.

Developed by a Golf Course Superintendent

Spray Caddie was developed by Rob Roberts, an assistant golf course superintendent and licensed spray tech in Washington State with more than 25 years of experience. Rob struggled for years to devise a cup cover that would make his daily job easier. Once he finalized the Spray Caddie design, he wanted to share it with the golf industry.  The product is patent pending.
