The Board of Directors of Curtis Industries, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Scott Nelson as CEO and President effective immediately. Mr. Nelson succeeds a retiring John Rachwalski who will remain on the Board of Directors and a consultant to the Company.
With 26 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, Mr. Nelson was most recently President EMEA for Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment and was previously CEO, Doosan Infracore International which included Bobcat Company, Ingersoll Rand Portable Power and the Attachments Business unit sold by Ingersoll Rand in December 2007. He successfully led the sale and integration of these businesses into Doosan, which is today one of the largest construction equipment manufacturers in the world.
Prior to joining Doosan, Mr. Nelson held a variety of leadership positions with Bobcat Company including President Americas and VP Sales and Marketing.
