Help Celebrate Golf Course Maintenance Crews During Turf Pros Week

Scepter has designated the week of April 17-24 to be Turf Pros Week in recognition of the hardworking professionals who keep the golf courses we all enjoy looking pristine.

“Those of us who play golf take for granted the constant work and attention to detail that goes into keeping the fairways and greens in playing shape,” said Dan Marshall, vice president of marketing and business development for Scepter, the world’s leader in fuel containers. “This week we want to pay tribute to the pros who work tirelessly so we can enjoy a beautiful day on the course.”

Duramax® 14-gallon fuel caddy and SmartControl® one-, two-, and five-gallon fuel cans

One of the ways Scepter is celebrating golf course maintenance pros is by making their jobs a little easier. Their Duramax® fuel caddy and SmartControl® fuel cans give pros the convenience of efficiently refueling equipment without the worry of spills and overfills.

“You can take these fuel containers anywhere,” said Marshall. “We designed them to be easy to use, so you don’t have to worry about spills damaging turf or creating a safety hazard.”

The Duramax ® fuel caddy’s Flo ‘n Go® patented pump transfers fuel quickly at two gallons per minute and lets users control the flow easily.

The Duramax fuel caddy combines a 14-gallon capacity with the convenience of an automotive-grade hose and nozzle. The Flo ‘n Go® patented pump transfers fuel quickly at two gallons per minute and lets users control the flow easily. Its large capacity reduces valuable time spent at the pump while the 10-foot hose easily reaches equipment, increasing efficiency on the job.

SmartControl fuel cans are an upgrade to the standard fuel portable fuel can. The ergonomic spout lets users control the flow of fuel with the simple push of a button. Available in one-, two-, and five-gallon capacities, SmartControl fuel cans are ideal for easily refilling smaller, handheld equipment without spills.
